1. Agreement

By accessing this website or registering for the Authority Circle webinar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.

2. The webinar

Authority Circle is a free live online session of approximately 90 minutes, held on Sundays at 10:00 AM IST and Thursdays at 8:00 PM IST. Seats are limited and allocated on registration. We may change the schedule, format, platform or content, or cancel a session, at our discretion.

3. Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information. Your access link is personal to you and must not be shared. We may refuse or cancel a registration where information appears false or the session is misused.

4. No guarantee of results

The webinar is educational in nature. Any examples, case studies or outcomes mentioned are illustrative and not a promise of results. Outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances and application of the material. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

5. Intellectual property

All content — including slides, frameworks, recordings, worksheets and text on this site — is owned by Samita Kar and protected by copyright. You may use it for your personal learning only. Recording, reproducing, reselling or publicly distributing the material without written permission is prohibited.

6. Participant conduct

We ask attendees to be respectful. We may remove any participant whose behaviour is abusive, disruptive, discriminatory or promotional, without notice.

7. Offers made during the session

A paid coaching programme may be presented during or after the webinar. Purchasing is entirely optional, and any purchase is governed by the terms and refund policy published at the point of sale.

8. Third-party links

This site and the webinar may link to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or attendance at the webinar, including technical issues that prevent access.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms at any time; the version published here applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
